Soul Coast combines the romance of West Coast Swing, the casual cadence of Country Swing and the creative flow that comes from the conscious connection between the lead and follow. We create a true foundation for connection, passion, play, freedom, and flow to form. This allows a deeper sense of safety, intimacy and harmony for both partners to fully realize their potential on and off the dance floor!

Soul Coast is more than just a style of dance, it is a modality to learn, play and heal. Soul Coast allows us to dive into the power within the polarity of the masculine and feminine dynamics and energies, and develop a deeper embodiment of our own authentic expression of both these foundational qualities. With the Soul Coast framework, you can not only step into the presence of play and joy, but also learn how to take the qualities of the masculine and feminine you express in dance and bring them to your day-to-day life in relationships, business, and every day aspects.

The way that you show up in dance is a good reflection of the way that you show up in life. Not only will we help you learn how to dance, but in that same process you will learn more about yourself. We are passionate about providing a safe space for people to experience their walls and work through them. In doing so, the outcome is the ability to express yourself freely and experience the joy that comes from playful and healthy connection and creation.
